What is CBT?
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is an action-focused talking therapy that helps a person learn to change the way they think and act. It is the psychological treatment of choice for anxiety and mood disorders like obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, and depression. This is because of the large body of research supporting its effectiveness.
